The location is fantastic and the property has direct access to the beach behind. It's also well located for visits to the towns North and South of the location. The evening meal in the Orangery was nice with the exception of a little mishap with the pork belly not being crispy when first brought out but this was re tidied quickly. Portion sizes on the meals are very generous. The swimming pool and associated facilities are great. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, neither of us slept well on either night. The service in the restaurant and at breakfast is a little slow and at times feels chaotic due to wrong orders or other problems. The issues are also clear to guests as they are discussed quite clearly and openly, even if the issue isn't with your table. I think it may be a fairly new team and this is in part causing issues.

No toilet roll, no pillowcases on the bed, the tv was leaning against the wall. Staff unprofessional, breakfast was poor. Room wallpaper was peeling off. There was only 1 chef so it took 2 and a half hours to get a starters and a main.
