This place was very clean and fully furnished - perfect for those wanting to prepare their own meals (although there were plenty of lovely restaurants within 1-5minutes walking distance). Fantastic central location - just a short walk to the cathedral and river. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The host was really clear in their instructions on how to get into the property and check-in/out was a breeze.

The bathroom was a tad old, but totally functional, very clean, and fit for purpose.

We had a lovely, warm welcome. Our host was very helpful and gave us some advice on getting to where we were heading. Check in was really easy! The car park is right outside and is really handy! Check out was simple, just left the keys on the bar! Will definitely be back if we are in mid Wales again!

When we entered the room,there was a damp smell.. Bathroom was small& there was a soaking wet bathmat &towel left on the toilet lid, which had mould spots on! We did mention this to the Reception on arrival. We left early the next morning to come home as the damp smell was overwhelming. We mentioned it again to Reception when we left. The only good thing about the stay was the location . Very disappointed 😞 Room 216 avoid!
