The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were able to park the car before we checked in and on our return were told they had been able to give us a free upgrade to sea view room. This was spotless and had everything we needed . It was lovely being able to return after our meal out and sit watching the sunset in the window. Didn’t have breakfast but it smelled really nice .

The staff were lovely. Anya on the reception team was very friendly and helpful and made sure I got a room with a bath as requested. The gym/pool staff were great. The spa facilities were clean and in good working order. The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. The Starbucks in the lobby was a real bonus!

room was literrally a shoe box, for a double bed room it was so small and there was a"wadrobe" right in the entrance of the room blocking and obstructing movement it was just insane and looked like they were trying to fit more rooms at the expense of thier guests comfort.

the room space could have been better, not making it so cramped. we could barely turn around in the room had to literally turn side and shimmy through so i dont hit the obstructing "wadrobe" or stub my toe

Dirty, imagine I check in and I find some fruit residuals behind the TV and under the TV table and some hair on bed sheets! I asked for the room to be cleaned! Safe box wasn’t working. No tissues in the rooms. You have to ask for everything to be brought in. I stayed two nights and it was a total nightmare. I honestly would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

We had searched on booking.com for a room for two adults and two children for an overnight stay on a long journey and this hotel came up as an option. It stated it was a family room for 2 adults and 1 child but an extra bed could be added to accommodate another child. All of this was confirmed on the booking confirmation, it states 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival the room was tiny and had a small double bed with a pull out bed half pulled out from underneath it. When you pulled it out completely it touched the wall and the only way you could access the bathroom was by walking over the bed, not ideal if a child is sleeping there. The other side of the bed had about a foot between the bed and the wall so absolutely zero space for another bed. Apparently all the rooms are the same so there was absolutely no way they could have accommodated us but they were happy to take our booking and our money. It was after 9pm at night, the children were tired as we'd been travelling for nearly 4 hours and we had no choice but to try and get some sleep. I hardly slept we were all so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There were other things wrong too, the shower head holder was broken so if you wanted a shower you needed to hold the shower yourself. There was an earwig in the kettle. It was on the very end cul de sac of an industrial estate and there was about 2 other cars in the car park, it is like an America motel set up with the rooms opening directly to outside and we felt really vulnerable. My daughter got bitten by something in the night. Not a nice place at all.
