location is great, staff at the reception is helpful and rooftop bar is nice. The cook of the breakfast is good and he prepares nice scumbled eggs and mushrooms

the hotel looked cheap, despite being really expensive. The room wasn't the cleanest and breakfast didn't have many options. The reception looks crap (more hostel-like). To enter the hotel, there are a few steps (not friendly for big suitcases and wheelchairs, I can imagine). Room was small. Moquette is all around (not hygienic) but I guess this is a British thing

We self catered so breakfast not applicable. But the venue was superb. Modern, clean and very well appointed. ( No microwave, but that’s not a big issue)

The key box was attached to the adjoining building which was confusing and the code was different to the one that was sent to me. Had a bit of an issue getting the car charger to work. But a quick call to Helen had most problems sorted quickly and without fuss.

The location was good for work travel as it is close to the city centre offices.

- The breakfast consisted of instant porridges and pieces of bread. - Lockers not in operation so no where to store things securely. - I found the place extremely dirty. Both bedrooms and common areas. Holes in the bedding and no mattress protectors. - Moreover, it is very noisy even at night, as the staff was letting new person into the room and was talking with the full volume voice and switched on the light in the ladies bedroom at like midnight when the whole room was asleep.

The 'Attic' room we were allocated was disappointing, very low ceiling, no wardrobe/closet to hang clothes except a nail behind the door with TWO coat hangers. No shower just a hand held shower and no shower curtain so bathroom floor got very wet. Toilet seat very loose and too small for the toilet. Staff said we could not change room. We checked out after one night as facilities not up to standard we had had when we stayed there last year. Would not give us a refund for the two nights we did not spend there. Will never book to stay there again.

More towels in Bathroom with allotted Bathmats being supplied. Even though their was a Safe as a Bedside cabinet.....it would have been great to have been able to use it as a Safe

The room was very dirty and unclean, there was toe nails and paint all over the bathroom floor, food on the carpert, a bag over the smoke alarm, the room smelt of smoke and was awful for someone that doesn’t smoke, and the door was on a hatch with no handle
