The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Very good breakfast. Plenty of choice including the Full English. Some people complain the single rooms are small. I was in Room 9 (2nd floor front) and it was fine. There was an excellent view of Morecambe Bay and the sea. There are a couple of off-street parking bays at the back. The road has unrestricted free parking. The centre of Morecambe, with its pub's, restaurants, etc. is a pleasant 0.6mi walk along the seafront and the B&B is on a bus route. Some people say Morecambe is run down, but that's truer of the west end. Craigwell is east of the town centre. The actual touristy resort centre of Morecambe is quite decent.

Room 9 window was double-glazed but didn't seal very well, so it let noise in, although it's a reasonably quiet neighbourhood and there's not much traffic from around midnight to 5am.

We received a warm welcome at check-in and were able to enjoy a really nice afternoon tea. The hotel is in a beautiful location and it was so great to have assigned parking on a busy weekend in the Lake District. Our room was spacious and decorated tastefully. We slept so well the one night we spent there. The breakfast that was included exceeded expectations.

There were some great local products for use in the bathroom but were hard to access if you were enjoying the large bathtub (they were attached to the wall to prevent guests from taking them). The shower tiles were unfortunately not as clean as they should be. (Pictures can be provided if hotel management is interested). This wouldn't stop us from returning to an otherwise charming boutique hotel.

Situated in a small town just out of Birmingham. Very calm area. A few degrees warmer and the garden would have been super! Nice and friendly in general. Good food in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Staying at a 400 year old pub/ inn is part of the experience.

An adapter to convert from UK plugs to European would help. Forgot to bring one, this time also. I got like three back home.

Beautiful barn in a gorgeous location, we had everything we needed and loved our little visits outside from the owner's dog. Extremely comfortable and clean. Owners very welcoming and helpful.

Marc has really thought of everything. This was the ideal home from home. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy.

Breakfast, parking and location were excellent. Staying to attend a wedding locally so no in-depth reviews on area

Personally at our age we would have preferred lifted accommodation but the advantages outweighed this lack of facility

Big bed and good use of space in the room. The centre is walkable too.

The floors and fittings were a little creaky and the walls a little thin so not very quiet.
Positive section of review
Very clean and tidy, of the minimalist style

Shower pointless unless you are 2 foot tall. Parking is a nightmare.
