The house was perfect for a family City break to Belfast. The living quarters and beds are very comfortable. There is a kitchen area to prepare food. There is plenty of hot water. It is minutes drive from the city centre. It is great value for money.

Great room, Nic e quiet hotel except for the traffic at night and the building works during the day. The staff were exceptional. Not sure how good it will be when the late night drinking venue opens downstairs but that will be so convenient.

Great location, especially if you are flying out of the South Terminal, security is literally at the elevators to the hotel! Decent size room, clean and comfortable.

The bathroom situation is the only flaw - for our room, the shower, toilet, sink, etc are all inside the shower, so once you shower, everything is soaking wet! Otherwise - perfect for a quick overnight stop.

Very good breakfast. Good choice if cereals and fresh fruit. Eggs were available too. Able to use kitchen to prepare an evening meal.

Two poor quality single quilts used on a double bed. No pillow protectors. Shower trap was so full of hair the water would not drain away - it was left out upside down so it would get cleaned (I would have done it myself but it was too revolting!)
