Just across the road from Piccadilly Station, so ideal for a one night stay but also close to the centre of Manchester. Very impressed by all aspects of the hotel: the whole place had a ‘good feel’ to it and the personnel were welcoming, professional and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a large, very comfortable bed and a really good shower with quality towels. It was also lovely and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal.

It would be lovely to have proper cups/mugs/water glasses in the room instead of the paper beakers: a minor niggle only. Otherwise, faultless.

Great location for visiting the coastal areas, especially North Berwick and the Seabird centre. The accommodation had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm. East Litton is a lovely village with great riverside walks and a nice village pub.

The only negative was the TV didn’t work well but we weren’t there to watch TV so not a problem for us.

It was comfortable. Well appointed and so close to town. Bonus of having parking too. Certainly would go again.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Big apartment with co-op very close by for essentials. Secure with key coded access.

Had to park elsewhere. The trains passing by were inches away from our window and extremely regular even through the night, so no sleep. There were no single beds, so we had to share both double beds. There were four of us. There's no reception. No Cork screw, no cleaning products, pot towels. We smashed a bottle of wine that flew out the fridge upon opening, but there was no brush and shovel, no mop or bucket. So glass was shattered everywhere, and the floor dried sticky. Had to ring for assistance, but it took an hour for anyone to arrive. He looked like he'd been out and bought the brush/shovel, mop/bucket as he arrived with it packed in a box and put them together outside. Barely any tea, coffee, and milk. Two different sofas very low, one very stained. Lots of homeless people approached us for money. Two of our party were over 80 and very intimidated. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Parking and location was good.

The room and general decor was tired and in need of a refresh. The breakfast could have been hotter and there were no rolls left for the ham and cheese 30 minutes after breakfast started.
