  Kerry and Donald were such lovely hosts, they made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Location is very close to the city centre, and just off the main highway in Fort William. The room is very clean, bathtub spa was so relaxing after a long day of travel, and beds are super comfy. Kerry and Donald also have stocked the kitchenette with some thoughtful touches, and the overall experience was very comfortable, cosy and restful. Highly recommend, great value for money.

  Absolutely nothing! The host never replied to emails, messages or phone calls. Never showed on the day of the booking and after over an hour had to find alternative accommodation at 7pm at hight. A void at all costs!!!

  Ashgrove house was clean and comfortable, off street parking was good, we found it easy to walk to the tram stop to get in to Edinburgh to visit all the tourist spot, it made our stay in Edinburgh enjoyable.

  Very good cooked breakfast. Staff were excellent. Lot of hard work being put in as it is a combination of 3 Guest Houses.. Nice seating area outside Lovely Bar area.

  The property was clean, within a 5-10 minute walk from the train and a number of interesting sites. It was close to many amenities.

  You can't adjust the heat so I had the windows open but the bar scene is directly behind you so getting sleep was challenging if you aren't at the bar. There was also no charging chord outlets so until I could get a 3 prong outlet charger, this became very problematic for all electronics. The bed was also had a lump down the middle of the bed with was not comfortable to navigate. You also hear the main door closing all night as people come in/out.
