      So happy we stayed here whilst in Inverness. Our host Susan was superb. Friendly, welcoming and terrific in offering us pub and restaurant options at night. Breakfast was lovely and a great start to the day. I would highly recommend Ness House to anyone lucky enough to get a booking. 10 out of 10

      Ideal location for an overnight stay. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely downstairs area with bar and restaurant. Room was very clean. Bedroom was a good size and very comfortable with a nice decor.

      Room was at the top of the building and there was limited view out the window. The bathroom was a bit dated although exceptionally clean and bright.
