The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Lucie's escape was immaculate, very comfortable and more spacious than we expected. Our stay was very pleasant, and the site staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The little shop on site is also reasonably priced with the essentials that you might need. There are a few lakes that are available for fishing, we didn't fish but had a slow stroll around them. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. There is parking right besides the decking so it's easy to unload. It's just a shame we only had 4 days. You won't be disappointed with Lucie's Escape.

  Great location on waterfront. Huge back bedroom room at very good price. Decent shower. Lovely breakfast. Town centre car park one minute's walk away. Easy online booking and check-in. Cute bar at front of hotel. Slightly older style room but very quiet and cosy. Tv in bedroom.

  The apartment was so lovely you got everything you need,the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big.The owner was so helpful and responsed us quickly.The Kilburn metro is very close just 2 minutes walk and the shops as well.

  We were told the hotel was dog friendly and that we could eat in the bar area with the dog, when we arrived we were told we would have to eat near the reception area in a lobby area, therefore we had a meal away from the hotel

  When I opened the tap in the bathroom, sewage came up into the bathtub. The broken window in the room was covered with a plastic sheet. The family room had a view of the trash cans. When we tried to upgrade the room, the receptionist lady said the hotel was fully booked so there was no chance to upgrade, but when I complained about the sewage issue, she said I should have reported it earlier because maintenance was here, showing no remorse. It was shocking how dirty our room was; the toilet hadn't even been cleaned, it was so smelly I could have vomited. The bedding hadn't been changed after the previous guest, only straightened out.
