Friendly service, nice location, close to all amenities. Room was tastefully decorated and nice extras such as water in the fridge. The shower in the room was very powerful! A magnifying led mirror in the bathroom was an item that I didn’t realise I’d love so much.

Mattress was a little too hard and was 2 divans hooked together so we could feel the divide between us. I didn’t like the high velux window in our 5th floor room. I wasn’t expecting not having a window I could see out of. It made what should have been a really nice room feel claustrophobic.

Location is excellent, so much to see and do within a short drive. Absolutely delicious breakfast, very good quality and lots of choice. Host is really friendly. Large shower. Lovely looking cottage in a stunning setting.

Damp smell, cold room, minimal and poor quality toiletries, no face cloths or tissues, unattractive room didn't look like pictures, no light near vanity area, creaking floor boards in the upstairs room disturbed sleep.

Mattress in the bedrooms was spring mattresses and wasn’t comfortable at all so would recommend that these are upgraded.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, the bathroom was very small, and it was hard to find parking close to the hotel - not great when there's a lot of luggage to carry

The room was very outdated, no smart, room fan did not turn off all night no switches. Room also had no fridge.
