Fantastic helpful and friendly hosts. Great location right in the theatre district and close to underground train station.Walking distance to key attractions. Clean room with comfy bed and it's own bathroom in an apartment shared with the hosts. Was on the 5th floor with an elevator. Despite being in a busy street it didn't face the street and was very quite.

You pay a £120 deposit for damages which is understandable, HOWEVER over a week later I still have not received this back. It appears they have just taken my money! I’ve tried to contact the owners multiple times and they will not answer the phone or messages. On arrival The “swanky apartment” had two enormous holes in the wall and The one bed was a mattress on the floor. The bathroom was filthy and the plug was full of hair. For £138 & £120 deposit it is Just an awful place to stay. Would NOT RECOMMEND

The room was so stuffy it was hard to breathe/sleep. There is no air con and the window was screwed shut.

Checkout didn't open until 9.00, I had to leave at 8.30 to catch a train and there were no clear 'auto checkout' instructions. Also early or late checkin fees at £20 an hour is very steep.
