Breakfast - food was excellent, choice was so varied, never seen a toffee milkshake before, staff fantastic, made Mum a poached egg and got her a banana when there was none left. Dinner - superb. Fresh and tasty and excellent portions. Varied menu. Room - very clean Pool - beautiful until the children arrived! Could do with slightly less wide step ladders for those with knee problems!

Room - one drawer was broken, looked tired. Shower - handles are in the wrong position and floor unbelievably slippy. Had to ask for a physical menu, hotels can't expect everyone to use apps!

The location was great very near to the Elizabeth Line to get into Central London. The flat itself is in a really good position and feels lovely and safe with a great outdoor area. Our daughter's said the single beds were extremely comfortable.

There is a snag list for this flat just bits of things broken or looking tired, like the carpet into the ensuite, also all the drawers in the freezer are broken and also one in the fridge. The double bed was very uncomfortable you could hear the springs every time you moved. It just feels like it needs a bit of TLC.

Breakfast was sensational. Loved the berries yoghurt fruit muesli. Very fresh, also daily specials. Location was good but a bit of a long walk to the town/ beach area. Large bathroom and very airy. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

A luggage rack would have been useful. We loved our stay.

The location was amazing and very central. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were all amazing. The beds were fairly comfortable.
Negative section of review
Facilities were often out of order such as bathrooms and lifts which causes problems when carrying luggage up and down stairs. The rooms were extremely warm with no working fans/air conditioning. Although the beds itself were comfortable one small square pillow isn't ideal for a comfortable nights sleep

As soon as we stepped in everything was absolutely beautiful! It smelt beautiful and it was clean and we were just in awe

We loved everything my 6ft 5 boyfriend didn’t like the double bed as his legs were hanging off but that’s not the owners fault.

Breakfast and the lady preparing it was really nice and she makes nice coffee too.

Beds. The beds were like lumpy stone floors. And we, like others have mentioned were actually not in the Kingsway hotel, but in the other location two doors over. This hotel is rather tired, all equipment old and worn and in our room some sort of heating in stocks on the outer walls making the room like a furnace and even with constantly open windows the heat was almost unbearable.
