Lovely and helpful staff and good location with partial skyline views. There is a little supermarket across the square and multiple bus stops and nice restaurants in walking distance. Towerbridge and other sights are easily accessible as well. Towels were very fluffy and soap had a nice scent. Rooms come with a small fridge.

Rooms are quite worn. Chunks of wallpaper missing and large chips in furniture as well as weak lighting. Room looked clean at first glance. However, there where crumbles around the bed and hair/ dust in the corners as well as splodges and hair on the doorframe. Bathroom is relatively modern and well lit. Towelheater sadly was rusty and grimey. Showerhead was so full of limescale that some spouts were clogged. Shower hinges and silicon were mucky and look like they've never been scrubbed properly. The shower drain was covered by a grid making access difficult which explains why it was covered in hair (from more than just one person). Tissue box only had one tissue left. Old and filled out cleanliness questionnaire from the previous guest was put back on the bed instead of being replaced. While the room had obviously been "cleaned", there were still multiple undone corners and made the room feel a bit off...

This was a fantastic stay, everything was so well presented and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Claire was a great host and even offered to give us a lift to the wedding reception we were attending. Thank you.

Good value for money and clean. Just stayed there for the night as my flight is quite early. Beds are comfy and clean sheets. Wasnt able to use their amenities as just a 5 hours stay. I mean the toilets are clean

Lovely cottages, well designed and decorated. Our cottage was Wisteria and had patio doors to outside space with lovely views of the countryside. Great location, just a mile or so from Henley on Thames

Welcome, location and breakfast all fab. Everything u need is catered for and an honesty fridge with some supplies and nibbles and able to keep things cool in it like our wine 🤗

We booked myself partner and 2 young children and called prior to ask what time the pool closed they said 9:30pm which was perfect for us to get there after school and go swimming. Upon arrival it was 5pm lady checked us in I again confirmed about the pool and she said it closes at 9:30pm. We went down to the pool at 6:15pm to be told that it closes at 6:30pm for children. We were never informed of this. Spoke to the manager who was extremely rude said he wouldn’t give us a refund and offered to set up a dvd player in the room for the kids instead because they were crying??? It’s 2024 obviously the children have tablets and we didn’t drive 2.5hrs for them to sit in a room all night watching DVD’s. We wanted to go and stay somewhere else but due to not being able to get a refund we were forced to stay. We went out most of the evening and upon return to the hotel the manager passed us. Didn’t say a single word. Didn’t thank us for remaining at the property. Nothing. It’s a shame because the facilities are nice but we won’t be coming again for that reason. It wasn’t family friendly at all. I wouldn’t advise taking children there. When we did get in the pool during the morning we were told after 1hr the kids needed to get out as people thought they were “too loud”

Very small bathroom with legs under sink when using toilet. Poss would work better with fold out sink. With window open smell off weed from nearby property.
