    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location overlooking the town, close enough but just far enough away. Good food in the evening at the bar/restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning.

Gorgeous apartment with great facilities. Plenty of space and lots of light, excellent location too. Two minutes to Mornington Crescent tube station on the Northern Line. Very helpful staff.

Nothing. My husband struggled a little with the lighting/heating settings but it was all in the apartment booklet, if only he'd looked!

There are a lot of stairs and no lift. The king rooms are the most accessible but we couldn’t get one of these.

Unfortunately, it was very loud (especially on the weekend) as the hotel is located above a pub and near a main road. Furthermore, although the bathroom was very clean and modern there were some designing errors. For example If you let the water run, half of it misses because the tap is fixed over the edge of the sink.

Extremely bad experience for a 4-star hotel. In the evening, the electricity went out for more than 3 hours in all rooms and elevators. There was electricity in the corridors because they kept the lights on. When I mentioned an unpleasant event at the reception - I would have expected at least an apology or a certain discount on the bill. I got a lie from the receptionist that the problem was with the electrical supplier and not with their inappropriate installation. during the stay, a false fire alarm was triggered twice in the early morning hours, which is very unpleasant. The door to the room is poorly insulated, everything from the hallway can be heard from the small line below, and the light from the hallway into the room shines all night. The rooms are extremely small, practically there is a bed inside and that's all. Because it's such a small room, it's extremely stifling inside, with no air - and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioner is mounted directly above the head of the bed and it is impossible to sleep where cold air blows directly into your head. In the bathroom, you can't even turn around and wipe yourself - everything is so small. These are definitely not the standards for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast area is too small considering the size of the hotel, you have to wait for a free table and then at least 15 minutes to get the ordered food.

Where to start… One room which wasn’t that clean, lacked furniture (one bedside table). Curtains were not even lined never mind blackout, noisy with paper thin walls and very noisy people in the other rooms - the separate across the corridor “bathroom” with a dodgy lock was very small and not particularly pleasant- the shower was such a health hazard we chose not to use it and just got up and left. Won’t be back
