Good location. Proper security. comfortable bed. Value of money. Relaxing place for adults, terrace area seems not suitable for small kids as no safety between terrace & lake water. The room looks good & clean as compared to the outer spaces i.e. the front of the block where rooms were licated & the terrace. Overall, our stay was very nice despite the points that are given below for improvement purposes only. I will definitely go back again.

Cleanliness, especially all outer spaces I.e. while entering the block, you can see all dirt & cobwebs everywhere, which does not give you a good feeling. The same was in the terrace outside the room, whereas the room was very clean. when we checked in & saw the chairs & table were not able to sit & had all dirt & cobweb 🕸. However, I called reception & they arranged cleaning quickly, which we appreciated, but that Should have been done before. Even we requested the cleaning person to provide a brush so that we could clean the terrace as well because all rubbish & dirt from terrace came in the room on the carpet, he promised to come back but never came back. Secondly, after staying two days, on the day of checking out, we took 10 minutes above 11am, as was not feeling well and were ready to checked out but at the same time received a call from reception that we had not done the checking out but despite my explanation that we were ready to drop a key, I was told again that we should had checked out at 11am and we were late. This was the first time that I had experienced such a thing in my whole life of travelling.

Place is very close to airport, is comfortable for morning flights. Room is nice and clean. We was on my missis birthday just for one night, stuff really impressed me with cake for her birthday. I would say 10 out of 10. Cozy, nice and unforgettable experience.

Superb host. Having been let down by a local taxi firm, Lisa insisted that she took us to our evening event in her own car. Thank you for getting us there on time.Great breakfast too. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The room was quite hot even with windows open and the air conditioning unit wasn’t working. The plugs could do with some updating- ie having some usb sockets but these are minor things
