Staff were amazing. We had some transport issues getting to Pyle and unfortunately arrived much later than planned. They were very accomodating with every request and very friendly. Would 100% stay again.

Well located for public transport, restaurants and cafes.

No kettle, no working tv, no wifi, no washing machine.All listed as part of the booking. No bedside lighting only central light There was old food in the microwave and cupboards and the cupboard shelf was dirty. All the renovations have been done badly by amateurs. All linen was threadbare and needs upgrading, cigarette burn mark on quilt cover, only 1 towel provided. Minimum crockery & cutlery, only 1 knife, no utensils or anything to prepare a meal with, which is why you book a room with a kitchenette, no plug for the sink and the tap was very loose. Particularly bad NO KETTLE. No toiletries in bathroom and a 2/3 roll of toilet paper provided with no spare, for a week's stay. Communication was difficult, no information as to codes needed given till we were standing on the door step, other text questions ignored. We never knew our hosts name. Only window in the room opened out over a closed courtyard which was shared with the next building which housed a restaurant, so constant smell of fried food and noise till midnight . We had a confirmed booking for this studio apartment, yet when we arrived on the sunday evening it was not available and we were put in another room that was a hovel, for which we paid 100gbp and for which we think we should be reimbursed. The room was filthy, holes kicked in the wall, no running hot water in sink or basin and the front door had clearly been forced on more than one occasion, so the lock was held in place with large nails and gaff tape. The number pad did not work properly and did not always lock properly. We barely slept that night as we felt very vulnerable and unsafe. Then despite our booking being till the following sunday morning, a ?cleaner turned up on the Saturday expecting is to be leaving, he did not introduce himself.
