This place is a gem of a find and I will be back. Very well located for the Elizabeth Line at Hanwell. Facilities perfectly adequate, clean and functional for me. They have a proper carpark and while the hotel was busy, there were still a few spaces and I felt my car was secure there. The fact that a decent cooked breakfast was included in the price I paid made this an absolute steal.

Let's be straight - this was chosen for the price and was a single bed, there are narrow winding corridors and the decor and upkeep is a bit dated. However, for the price I paid my expectations were exceeded. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel although not Imperial have more facilities the man can wish, the staff most polite, room clean and well lit. The security inside more than you wish. Will i stay in this HOTEL, yeeeees !!!!. Recommended by Bish.

The property really needs a deep clean it was very grubby and is in need of some repairs and maintenance. The bathroom is very poor and needs painting and cleaning, the sofa is unusable and needs replacing, the two single beds need new mattresses as you can feel the springs, the rug needs to be replaced or stuck down as it is a trip hazard, the window in the lounge will not close as the frame is rotten. The kitchen was very grimey and the fridge and freezer need replacing as they are extremely old and rusty. Despite other guests feeding back on these issues as far back as January 2023 nothing has been done which is very disappointing and if I had had the reviews beforehand I would not have booked this property.

The hotel generally is chipped, squashed and tired. The shower over a deep narrow bath with a badly located grab handle was a scramble and made another guest feel it was not safe enough or easy enough for them to have a shower. Breakfast was entirely buffet style, poor quality, and not good value. I guess the 4* can only be because of the pool and golf as the hotel per se is really a 3* business hotel. We would not return and only stayed for the convenience of an event we were attending locally.
