This lovely house is in an excellent location, clean modern and stylish. Clear instructions throughout via email, and text messaging and very helpful guest information book. Super-friendly host, their communication was excellent. She made sure that we knew how to access the property and facilities. Loved the free driveway parking and super fast wifi. Super convenient, yet quiet location. Excellent transport links. Close to everything Southampton shops, restaurants, major transport links and roads. Comfortable beds, clean towels and decent lavazza coffee, what's not to like!.

There was loads of space for a one-bed flat and it was great to have a proper living and kitchen area. We were very comfortable during our stay! The location was fantastic, very close to loads of good food and drink options and a short walk to the docks. Great to have proper coffee and tea bags available. The flat was super clean when we checked in.

Wish the check in time was earlier and check out time was later. Also would have been good to have had salt and pepper as a minimum in the kitchen. But otherwise very few things detracted from our time here.

Great location when you arrive with luggage by bus or train, or if you have an early ferry to catch. Good size room, extremely quiet. Very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Good size TV.

The fact there was a rock music festival on!! Not anyone’s fault though we were only told the day before and after our payment had been taken so really no possibility of us changing location
