Location was amazing & only 2 minutes walk from the walls walk & 4 minutes from the castle. Staff super friendly & helpful. Room tastefully decorated, comfortable with everything we needed. Ticketed parking across the road. Highly recommend booking the restaurant before your arrival. Food superb.

The room was very clean and new. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Front desk was staffed at all times, and everyone was professional. Good location, 10 mins walk to Paddington station which is a central station with direct trains to the airport and different parts of the city.

Room was quite small and lacks some essentials (tissues, cotton buds..). Also, luggage storage is not available so had spend extra $$$ to store my luggage on the last day as I had a late flight, particularly since checkout time is early at 11am.

Great location. Spacious and clean room. Great breakfast buffet. Really enjoyed swimming pool with sauna.

The cottage needs a good deep clean... It was grubby! Really dusty everywhere. Cigarette butt's outside the front door. Garden was totally over grown and just a mess. Furniture needs to be moved so it can be cleaned. Doors all splatted in all sorts of muck and dust so thick on skirting boards doors etc. Owners stuff under beds.... Even done walking boots with dirty socks in them!!! We wouldn't recommend unless it was cleaned properly. Sorry.

To technical. Given misinformation about how much to spend on dinner and breakfast. Although food was tasty , it was not value for money. We spent money on food we did not want because we didn’t understand how your system worked.
