It’s a nice property by the road side, the room had an awesome view with nice and spacious parking, but the room was too tiny for the price and the staffs are really helpful and professional.

Liked the suite, our own space, multi levels, gardens were lovely. Food was exceptional, tasting menu was sublime, breakfast was a great treat, in the room, lovely touch.

The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for a concert we were attending. The hotel is situated close to the train station.

There was no water bottles provided in the hotel room and when we drank from the tap, the water tasted very chlorinated so was awful to drink. There was no fresh toilet roll provided. 2 half used rolls which ran out so had to go and get some more. We went to breakfast around 9 and it was very poor and overcooked. The orange juice and tea were the nicest things. When we checked out, we asked reception if they could look after our bags before we caught the train home and were met with raised eyebrows and "how long?" waiving her hand to all the luggage already left.

The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and the location is excellent. Also the food in the foyer bar has improved enormously

I was so disappointed with my room. I have stayed in this hotel several times before but the room I was allocated on this occasion was horribly small and cramped with the TV diagonal to the bed and barely enough room to move from bedroom to en suite. It looks as if you have cut bigger rooms in half. You should warn your loyal customers about this. I had a serious accident recently with subsequent 3-hour surgery to my right arm. It is still painful and sensitive and moving around in that room was a nightmare

Breakfast....long wait for hot drinks with the excuse given that everyone arrived at once for breakfast. Surely they should anticipate a busy breakfast service if the hotel is full?? However the food was great.
