From Start to finish our holiday was amazing. What a beautiful lodge, exceptionally clean and amazingly equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely touches like Monopoly ( lakes edition) and Junior trivial pursuit as well as walking guides and maps. The lodge is warm and is very dog and child friendly. The veranda is perfect and has a gate. The outdoor furniture is a lovely touch and super comfy loungers. The location is fantastic. You can walk for miles from the site and with a pub, shop, laundry. You have everything you need as well as other pubs walkable. The most amazing views to Windermere from the paths just above the park. We absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend and we will be back.😍

The hotel structure itself was very appealing to the eye. The room was very nice, and it had a good-sized modern bathroom. The location was terrific. Everything was in walking distance. All that being said, the most memorable part was the staff member James. Very genuine and always more than happy to help answer questions and offer suggestions. We came away from our stay there feeling we'd made a new friend :)

Fabulous hotel with great staff. Made our stay very special and we can't wait to go back again. perfect location, just a short walk into town centre yet hotel felt quiet and peaceful. Spa facilities were fantastic and everything was very clean.
