Stayed here last night. It’s an amazing hotel with an astonishing breakfast with vegan options: vegan cheese upon request (you just ask very polite staff), alpro yoghurts, bread, fruit, flora butter, peanut butter, jams, coffee, oat milk 🤩🤩🤩 If I was satisfied with these options and got full by the time I was finished I think everyone will. I absolutely recommend this hotel for everyone, especially vegans if looking besudes great sleep where to eat as well. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Staff at the reception and at the breakfast were so kind and polite. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Manchester 😍❤️ P.s., there are european sockets in the room as well next to the UK ones, if anyone wanted to know, which for me was a very pleasant surprise since I’m not from UK. 😻

Did not like anything at all, was shocking, we were made to feel as though we were intruding in the staff's home, as though we were an inconvenience to them whilst making expected requests such as ordering a meal or simply wishing staff a good morning which they are not capable of doing, not only that, they look away! We stayed away from the hotel the following day only returning at night when ready to go to bed. Realised we cannot spend five days this way, just the first day itself was horrible enough to make us stay away from the hotel the entire day the next day.

Self check in? No welcome and staff gladly sit behind the desk using their mobile phones not wanting to help nor do they want to be pleasant, they are simply their waiting for their pay check. After over thirty years of travelling, this is the only hotel that I have come across which is awful from the moment you arrive. The town centre is around ten minutes away, better to stay there, avoid this rude hotel. I had to be away for two days during our stay at the hotel, my mother needed rest but avoided the Dragonfly hotel due to the horrible manner of the staff. Staying out all day, only returning to the hotel at bedtime, my mother and I were exhausted by this horrible experience after just two days. One month prior to staying at Dragonfly Hotel, we had enjoyed a lovely stay at The Dukes Head Hotel and requested for the remainder of our stay to be transferred to The Dukes Head Hotel. Surya agreed to this transfer but only at a cost would they provide this customer service which in my opinion should not have been charged. I agreed to pay extra just so that my mother can have somewhere pleasant to rest. The Dukes Head Hotel is also not as pleasant as it initially seemed. Ian the bar man and Andy the chef refused to provide dinner plates for us to use in our bedroom. I had sprained my ankle and was in pain, my mother and I both were incredibly exhausted by the horrible experiences at Dragonfly Hotel and lack of rest (five uncomfortable experiences within eighteen hours) and desperately needed to rest. We bought food from elsewhere and prepared to enjoy a quiet dinner in the bedroom only to find that dinner plates are no longer provided for guests to borrow. We had already paid an additional £59.40 for the transfer of our stay and then had to pay another £42.00 for dinner outside despite already having food ready to eat in our bedroom, we just needed plates. Surya Customer Service department is only there to take more money.

The house was perfect for a family City break to Belfast. The living quarters and beds are very comfortable. There is a kitchen area to prepare food. There is plenty of hot water. It is minutes drive from the city centre. It is great value for money.

It was convenient, and compared to the price of accomodation in the rest of Scotland at that time, relatively cheap, but still expensive really. The staff were all great and the room was spacious and comfy

The wifi is a bit of pain, you have to sign in every time you lock your phone. Room service was missed on one of our days there and the bathroom wasn't super clean when we arrived.

We loved the fact that the property wasright beside theRiver Erne with lovely views of the river and a "bridge". The owners were extra helpful and gave us all sorts of local advice.

All excellent, nothing we did not like

There is a restaurant on the premises. We booked last minute for a price we could have got a Holiday Inn at but this was closer to our final destination.

First of all, a woman was yelling at the reception when we arrived. It took ages to get checked in. Second of all, we were charged £50 refundable deposit at the hotel which we were not expecting and then we had to chase to get it refunded. And thirdly the area was awful. Didn't feel safe at all.

The temperature of the room was perfect, very comfortable beds. And despite the central location, it was very quiet.
