Lepine is the most beautiful apartment with everything you could wish and more. The apartment is situated in a quiet leafy street, opposite a lovely park. It’s within walking distance of shops and the beach and parking is free in the adjacent road. We booked our stay to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and we were so happy with our choice. Emma the host went above and beyond to make our stay special. There was Prosecco in the fridge, snacks and pain au chocolat for breakfast. We had such a nice time that we didn’t want to leave !

Our room was lovely, old oak beams. Nice clean shower room. Food was good in restaurant. Owner friendly/courteous. Had very nice breakfast in our room, all laid out lovely. (wasn't cooked breakfast, which suited me, as not great lover of cooked breakfast first thing in mornings.)

Alright hotel, clean, spaceous, does the job. The building has beautiful interior. If you need a place to crash or aren't concerned with vanity, this is actually a very comfortable room. Huge bathroom, as big as the room.

The tv was glitching out and we couldn't watch snooker. There is a bathtub and the showerhead couldn't be turned on, maybe it was something they disabled to avoid accidents or maybe I should have asked the staff but taking a bath was nice. It was also football season and every hotel was getting booked out so I feel as though I have been robbed a little with the price I paid.

The hotel was esthetically pleasing, the room was large, towels were clean. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, hot and cold. coffee was tasty. Would stay again

The floor was dusty and had confetti on it from previous guests. Milk was scarce. There are knockers on the front door so when people went past in the middle of the night they knocked on our door waking us up.

Quite run down there are marks and stains on the curtains and it looks lovely but not really cared for.
Negative section of review
The cost was too much, I won’t be staying there again because if this, I paid £164 and when looking again online it went down to £100. For what you get in other guest houses this was not great.

The room was quite big and comfy. Easy to find . Plenty of parking

There were some drinks and snacks on the sideboard but unsure whether complimentary but there was no price list. Bathroom needs some attention (room 39) . Not many staff around had to wait a short while to check in and out.

The staff weren't rude but very casual & offhand. Do not go to the upstairs bar - they cannot cope with more than a couple of tables. We got told to go back to our table and come back in 20 minutes to order a drink as the bar staff were 'too busy with a large table' to take our order. If ordering cocktails anywhere you usually have to wait about 10/15 minutes anyway for your drink (not a problem, a good cocktail takes time) but a 30+ minute wait for a drink seems a bit excessive when you have limited time at your table. This was when the bar wasn't even full.

Breakfast excellent

Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been more convenient
