Breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the cooked to order omlettes, the fresh juice and the coffee. We were seated immediately (0915) , but by 1000 there was a line forming and people were waiting a short time. Loved the fact that there was inexpensive parking 100m away at Stratford international car park (£8 for 24h) and the DLR station across the road.

The room felt on the small side, mainly because it was divided into 2 areas, but to be fair we did not spend much time there.

Really good location, lovely views . The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Having a car park space was a bonus. Peaceful street but only 2 minute walk and your at the centre of everything.

Well furnished and lots of thoughtful items and notes to make your stay comfortable. Quite modern and well presented. Host on hand to help with keys etc . Very secure behind large gates .

The lounge smelt like stale smoke that no amount of fresh air can fix . Ilkstone itself is not that pleasant but it suited my location requirements.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has several 'zones' - meaning it's a good place to hang out, work, eat as well as sleep. Excellent soundproofing.

That I couldn't open a window. I couldn't seem to get the temp control to change. Coffee bags had a weird taste.

Centrally located with good parking. The young woman who served breakfast was very helpful. The room was relatively well priced but it was priced like this for a reason.

Welcome was poor. Woman who 'greeted' me looked dirty & dishevelled. She struggled to find my booking because she didn't have her glasses. The room was very small & nothing like the pictures on the Booking.com website
