Reception and bar area nice and restaurant . shame about the bedrooms full of dust and white powder all over the desk where the tv was. Toilet which moved last year also not been fixed. Poor quality in the bedrooms. The beds in the family room terrible was like sleeping on a board.. we stayed the week before in a cheaper family room so paid a bit more for a up grade room. The cheaper family room bed were much better. Both rooms needed up grading. And some money spent on them. As the paper was also peeling off the wall. Some staff were lovely and helpful shame about the manager. Also a very strong smell of wee in the hall way leading to the room.

The room was not worth the money the toilet moved which was the same the year before the towels and bath robes need to be replaced as there where off white they need putting in the bin. The cleaners need to watch what they clean with as the white marks all over the desk where the tv was like cream cleaner that had not been cleaned off which should of been used in the bathroom not the bedroom area. I am just wondering if the same cloth was used to clean the bathroom has the bedroom which I hope not. Maybe the manager should get out of the office and go and check her staff

The staff are super friendly. We appreciated the warm welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and we felt they’d really taken the time to think about the little touches that make a guests stay that little more enjoyable and comfortable. Highlight of the stay… definitely the breakfast! Huge portions, great quality ingredients served quickly and efficiently so everything was piping hot. I left so full, I didn’t have to eat for the rest of the day!

Our neighbours were clearly early risers and were a little noisy, so our much needed lie in was not to be unfortunately. Definitely no fault of the owners though.

The breakfast was a selection of hot and cold which we didn't expect, the pub had a good selection of popular drinks. The hotel was secure as had to use cards to use lift and enter rooms. Smoking area outside has a bench for you to sit on and is under a shelter perfect for rainy days

The location of the hotel was great for visiting London, close to 2 underground stations Bayswater and Paddington, near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and bakery. Very big room with comfortable beds, kitchenette and quiet.

The interiors of the property where lovely, designed to a great standard. It was great having Starbucks on offer also a grab & go station.

I didn’t enjoy the noise while staying in my room. You could hear everything from the room above which wasn’t relaxing at all. When upstairs used their bathroom it would then make my toilet run water, which again was annoying. The room was super warm, found it very hard to sleep. The bathroom floor is super slippy when wearing socks or slippers, I nearly went over. The cleaners were very noisy outside & the morning I was leaving, I got rudely woken at 7.30/8ish am on a Sunday to someone walking in. My door was locked but it failed & the door opened. I felt very spooked as it made me jump awake, plus being a single female on their own, isn’t an nice experience. Just felt anxious the whole time. I left an hour later. I mentioned this before checking out & was told I would expect some sort of refund, yet I’ve not received anything yet. Please could someone get in touch on the matter.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to everything we wanted. And an ideal base for walking or running.

Water pressure in the kitchen(a trickle)and upstairs shower poor.The decor and general maintenance round about and inside was very dated and tired and very cluttered for a holiday home. I think the games room need reorganised or relocate the space invaders!!!!!
