All the staff were unfailing pleasant, the person on reception greeting us each time we left or returned to the hotel. The food at breakfast very good, well presented, plentiful both for the cooked and cold items. I particularly enjoyed the fresh berries and nuts available each day before having the traditional Full English. Our room was modern, clean and bright and the bed comfortable.The hotel's position was ideal, close to Paddington rail station and just a few minutes walk from 2 other tube stations and the Royal Parks.

When we arrived we were reminded that the rooms were small. Ours wasn't big enough for a bed side chair but very adequate storage/hanging space was available. The bathroom was a decent size. The absence of a lift was perhaps a bigger issue. We were on the 2nd floor, so quite a way to carry your case, I did feel sorry for anyone on the 3rd.

A great location between Filey and Scarborough reached by road or walking on Cleveland Way. Enough space between caravans to give a certain amount of peace. A nice south facing decking area made relaxing outdoors perfect. The caravan was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Shower was really good as was having an onsuite toilet. Smart tv in living area, and a microwave in the kitchen as well as kettle toaster oven and fridge freezer.

The lack of a sweeping brush meant we couldn't sweep the decking before leaving. Walkway passed van meant people were looking in as they passed so not that private.

Lovely room over looking the garden dinner in restaurant was very good food and service excellent very comfortable bed great nights sleep breakfast offered a wide range of choice order taken and served by a very polite and friendly waitress ticked all the boxes excellent location excellent food and excellent staff would love to return

Staff very friendly and helpful, helped me verify bus times. I'd booked a single room and got a very spacious double bed, in a comfortable and clean room. I'd seen negative reviews but I needed something that wasn't over £100 a night. It is on a bus route to the airport and suited me fine.

Nothing much nearby but there was a pub for some dinner so really not that negative. The other places nearer to the airport were much more expensive

Lovely welcome, beds very comfortable, warm, excellent breakfast, android TV so all your on-demand services. Right next to a lovely little park for walking our dog. Took about just under 30 mins to walk in to the city walls or I'm sure you could get a bus from outside

Loved our stay. Got a good price on booking.com. Loved the place. Beautiful garden. Lovely room. Loved the bathroom. The two cleaners we saw seemed nice on leaving.

Check in time was until 9pm, we got a call at 7 55pm and missed it due to using phone as navigation. The receptionist called back at 8 10pm to ask where we were. We apologise and said we would be 10 mins. When we arrived the receptionist seemed very unhappy. Saw her a couple more times and she was still unhappy.

No shower unit downstairs I had to go upstairs to shower as I had a disability it was very painful and difficult to climb those stairs
