Breakfast very good all inclusive evening meal once explained how cost was calculated was good. Unfortunately one of the party lost out on experience Overall very good and will probably return

Certain areas need updating for example cupboard door nearly falling off , shower fixture needed changing

Nice area, pretty surroundings, staff were kind and helpful, WiFi worked well, keys not magnetic so can be stored next to your phone, parking always available

Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. Can hear everything from other rooms, even just walking. Shower not great, actual pressure was good but couldn't even rinse shampoo from my hair properly because of the shower head, and apparently it caused a big leak in to the restaurant, was told to make sure curtain stayed inside bath but it was and leaked anyway so felt really awkward about showering the rest of stay. Breakfast was bad, it was free with my room but only went once then never again. Not a real issue but tv was tiny. Room was still dark in middle of day with curtains open so had to always have light on. Looks nice online so I maybe just got a bad room.

Unfortunately, my dislikes were: disable parking, wheelchair access (not advised as an issue), wheelchair activities on carpet were a problem, and a wheelchair user housed on the 6th floor.

Small bedroom with no wardrobe and very small bathroom with very small shower and toilet roll holder was 6 feet away from the toilet!
