Atmosphere was relaxed. Decor & theme of the property was modern and cosy. Very clean. Room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was cool with the bathtub in the floor. Property is in a great location right beside the train and tube which was very convenient for us both. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

Our stay was wonderful. Thank you Brett and your team for booking our dinner at your restaurant - it was the best sticky toffee pudding we have ever eaten! We had a very comfortable and easy stay here. The bed was comfortable and the views were stunning over the farmland. Breakfast was exceptional too. Thank you!

Breakfast was continental type, self-help in your room. We were happy with this because a cooked breakfast every morning at a set time can be limiting in terms of getting away early - also not good for weight gain :-) Very modern with comfortable bed and value for money.

Nothing wrong with Primrose cottage at all. It is a little remote from the "action" and some of the narrow roads to get there were a little challenging. However we were unlucky at the time of our stay because there were roadworks and detours going on. Even though there were no views, it was still a convenient place to stay between Lands End and St. Ives and we chose it for that reason

Of course walking in the apartment and the area was amazing, I went their to spend my anniversary with my boyfriend and after maybe an hour we started seeing small faults and taking videos of furniture.

It’s a whole set up. The sofa was dented and lob sided to one side but of course so we couldn’t see this at first glance as the sofa was pushed up against the wall. The coffee table was very wobbly and fragile, the toilet paper holder was broken and was positioned up so that you can’t tell it’s broken. My most annoying part is that one chair was slightly broken and as I was having my dinner on it with my boyfriend it randomly broke and I fell and injured my elbow. We took videos of all these faults and explained to the host that it was already damaged and he disagreed. When we started to mention all the other faults we noticed with the furniture he said oh he knows and that wasn’t us. He only thought it was okay to agree with some damages when he was confronted. Just because of the chair out of £150 deposit he only sent us £70. Never again in my life I’m staying here again. Like I said it seems to be a set up any object that’s damaged of course is gonna be more likely to break and that’s what happened. A wooden chair is not going to break by me sitting on it for ten minutes.

Welcome was friendly. Entrance/library and bar was impressive. Breakfast was plentiful and delightful. Staff were lovely at breakfast. Room was spacious and comfy and clean

Pool was disgusting as was changing rooms. Dirty underwear in lockers and pool was cold and run down Dog poohed in corridor on level 1 was disgusting and put me off staying another night

I didnt like the fact the microwave wasn't working properly yet this service was included in the price. I have this revorded and will be presenting it to booking.com I wasn't happy with the staff breathing down my neck to leave the property even after making him aware that i had been robbed and needed to sort out my stuff. The light switch was cracked which was a danger hazard as theres exposed wires.
