When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Excellent location, very handy for central Bath. Light airy apartment with lots of space. Well equipped kitchen and a nice shower in the bathroom. We visited the Roman baths (recommending pre booking as there were large queues for the walk-up tickets) and we went on a brilliant, free, walking tour with a Mayor's office volunteer guide. These are on every day at 10.30am and 2pm, meeting in front of the Roman baths. No need to book. Also would strongly recommend Antica, a family run Italian restaurant on the Pulteney Bridge, a short walk from the apartment.

None of these are criticisms, just observations to assist other travellers in deciding whether to book. Beds were a little firm, and the apartment was very warm, with sash windows that could only be opened a few inches. I think the listing should also make clear that the apartment is on the top floor of the building with a lot of stairs to climb up to it. It wouldn't be suitable for elderly or those with disabilities.

The location was perfect, near the high street and 10 minutes to the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location with parking available on site. Owner was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and recommending local places. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic size apartment. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff on reception. Great location and parking. Really comfortable bed. We'll definitely be returning when attending concerts at co-op live. Well equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer.

Would have been nice to have more than one coffee sachet provided in the room. The restaurant downstairs that provides breakfast was incredibly slow as they were busy with "bookings", we were made to feel hotel guests aren't "bookings". We would probably eat breakfast elsewhere in future, but we would still stay here for all the other great amenities.

Good location, lovely owner, clean spaces, cozy room, affordable price. Overall great value for money!

The only things I would change are: A) The automatic/electric air freshener that is in the hallway right outside the room. Those contain a high level of toxic chemicals which make the air harmful. B) The duvet was quite tiny, not your average size for an adult.

Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was not included but very reasonably priced, as were other meals.

Easier access ( hotel door was locked ) but not really a problem.

The food was amazing, great menu and the chef did an outstanding job preparing the meals.

The hotel is a bit older, extremely clean though but it does look a little tired in places. Not a big problem at all and the value for money was brilliant.

The flat was laid out nicely, and it was spotless.
Negative section of review
The flat was good value for money, however, the two most important things for me are a good bed and a good shower. The bed was very good, however, I had to dance around in the shower to get wet. Not the best start to a day.
