Great position for exploring the town. The car park appears to be a long way from the hotel on the drive there, but there is a shortcut back on foot, which takes only a few minutes. Room was attractive and bed comfortable. Staff were lovely. Good breakfast.

There was nowhere to sit in the room, apart from the bed. There was only one flat surface, which was not by the bed, so reading glasses, book etc slid off the sloping desk next to the bed. Had to climb an outdoor spiral staircase to get to our room, which was not easy with heavy bags.

A lovely B&B which could not be faulted. The Sunday roast was huge and just what was needed after a 15 mile walk, the room had all I needed and a gorgeous bath. The full English was amazing and set me up perfectly for another long walk ahead of me.

Well located, has character and was clean and tidy. Room was basic but OK for what i needed. Staff could be friendlier but did answer the questions raised and did help if asked. Hotel was clean and dinner / breakfast was very good.

Our stay was for an event at Wembley Stadium, The location to Wembley was great, short walk of 5 minutes to the ground. You can get a Deliveroo to the hotel, and a lot of options available if this is something you would prefer to do.

The room was awful. The toilet seat was hanging off the toilet, the carpets were all stained, the door frames were damaged, and the room just didnt feel clean. I raised this with the staff at reception, and I mentioned I was concerned about my deposit, considering the state of the room, the reply I got was "it's ok, we know the room needs a lot of work, your deposit is fine" and "Your staying just the one night, we have this booked to get sorted", so what I took from that was, dont worry we know it's a mess, but your only here one night, so it doesn't matter. We was on our way to an event and I did not have time to stand around arguing, but that contributed to my low score for the staff. Oh and in between the "clean" towels left was a Long black hair that was pretty disgusting. This is not a £200+ a night hotel, if you pay that you will be disappointed.

A well-appointed and very comfortable rural cottage set in a beautiful location. Remote, dark skies (night), lovely views, very peaceful and with good walks nearby. Just what we needed :)
