Location, location,location! Amazing experience. It's a steep climb up and down to the property, but nothing can take away from the mesmerizing view it offers once you get there. Staff were kind enough to organise a lift up and down with our luggage in their maintenance van and Paul, driving the van was a kind and gracious gentleman. Snippets of conversation with him made our day! The property is based on a private beach, which is like your own slice of heaven. We used the Atlantic Coaster for a beautiful drive up and down the coast. There are lots of local buses for people not driving up. There's a tesco express across the street, and the town is a 5 mins walk.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was perfect for us. The staff sorted out a problem promptly and was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms clean.

We were given a room which smelt awful and fortunately we were able to swap to a better room. We were disappointed with the breakfast, the fresh fruit had run out, the plates were cold for the hot breakfast so our food cooled down too quickly. The room has emergency lighting, a green light, which made going to sleep very difficult. The room was and carpet needs updating and refreshing.

The receptionist staff were very friendly, the bathroom was a good size for disabled use. It was very easy to get to the airport.

It was a building site, the room was not very soundproofed, you could hear every door close loudly that kept me awake. The food was basic. In the morning I had to ask for a hairdryer. It took two trips to reception, a phone call and almost an hour to receive it.
