Staff were absolutely first class service,homely & hospitality from them was 10/10 I have nothing at all negative to say & certainly will be back & the view from garden was priceless especially on a sunny day ✨ but 1 get one free on cocktails for guests,fabulous 💃 oh

Our private bathroom was on the corridor wasn't an issue for us,maybe was an issue for fellow guests hearing us up and down during the night like a couple of elephants but was no biggy wasn't even worth mentioning 🌞

Close to the AO arena - walking distance which was the reason for our stay; good bar, pool table, very spacious and comfy room, very clean, lovely bathroom. Close to train station too should you need a hotel close to it. Close to restaurants.

There was a good choice at breakfast and good quality food. Location of room overlooking the river and seeing kingfishers was brilliant! Our room was comfortable and spacious.

Accessible shower, bath dangerous and slippery. No tissues in container. Empty box with used face pad. 2 double beds instead of king size booked for deluxe double room.

The hotel had an event and someone inside the even had vmclearly had to much drink and it took some time to react to his poor behaviour.. it took until the police was called and turned to sort the situation. I would have expected a quicker reaction time this truly ruined my over all experience

Room we stayed in was far too small felt claustrophobic and was far too hot. Fan in room wasn’t blowing out air. Shower leaked onto floor when in use. And bath was very slippery.
