The caravan was very clean and looked brand new! Great amount of space and caravan has everything you need! Amazing location, very peaceful and we loved watching the rabbits running around and the beautiful sunsets from the windows, seconds away from the beach and not far from cardigan. Super helpful staff I would recommend this place to anyone!

After weeks in hotels, this was like coming home. So well looked after by Alan and his staff, with the experience of a farmstay, and the professionalism and love of a chef to cook for us each evening. And a valuable advocate of things to see and do around the area

From the lovely welcome to the cheery goodbye we felt as though we were more than just a customer. The room and the breakfast was first class. If you are looking for a B&B in the Seaton area look no further- you have just found it.

I visited the hotel to celebrate my daughter's 18th b-day. Stuff was very polite. We were surprised to get two free Prosecco glasses from the restaurant as a welcoming birthday gift (after they checked my daughter's ID :).

We went to the spa and could not use the swimming pool because it was busy. It was a very disappointing situation. We were told we could use the swimming pool from 6 pm (open till 8 pm), but our dinner was booked for 7 pm. We could not change the booking for dinner time to 8 pm, so we had to choose a very late time for the dinner as there was no other option. The reservation was at 9:15 pm, but we had to wait for the table for around 20 minutes. As a result, we had a very late dinner; we were hungry and tired… The hotel offered complimentary drinks and free of charge late checkout the next day.

The staff were outstanding if not a little short on the ground. The parking is a real bonus just a minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The room was spotless couldn’t fault a thing

I think cappuccinos, lattes etc should be included with the breakfast. Even though there were two bars because of lack of staff the one near reception was never open. Should be a telephone in the room to contact reception

Worn carpets, bathroom in need of maintenance, no water in room - room service advised of £5 delivery charge! Car parking excessively expensive. Over priced for what it is and it’s not four star
