Staff questioned whether my celiac was of preference or a necessity Made me sign each day to say I was gluten intolerant No requirement or made available to me that my food was gluten free As a celiac it is extremely important I have no gluten (or food contaminated with gluten). For the onus on me to sign I was a celiac (with no signatory from the hotel)highlights a very poor allergy policy

The apartment was lovely, no issues with it

Arrived at hotel around 2pm and spoke to staff to book car into car park and was told would need to come back at 3pm to book in as apartments not quite ready, came back at 3pm and stood in a queue waiting to check in for 45 mins to get to the front and be told we needed to book in at apartments and had to get directions to where this was, my husband walks with a stick as he has vascular disease in his legs so meant he had to walk much more than he was anticipated. As a result we missed getting to disabled parking at stadium of light by 5pm and my disabled husband had to walk a great distance to get to concert which could have been avoided had we been told at 2pm that we needed to checkin elsewhere.
