This property has everything you need, the separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge/dining was excellent for our family of 3. I had read a lot about the stairs and the small shower, and whilst the stairs are typical England stairs, we didn’t find a problem with them at all. My husband is 6.4 and built like a front row rugby player and whilst getting in the shower was a bit tight he said it was fine once he was in. I found the pressure and heat perfect, and there is ample room in the bathroom itself to dry and change. It is a warm property and the fans provided were perfect. We were there over a weekend after a long flight and didn’t find the noise too bad from the street below, which is only foot traffic so moves on quickly. The couch was comfortable and I used the mattress topper provided. The washing machine combination dryer worked wonderfully. I loved the large rubbish bin in the kitchen. Access was super easy, even after a 14 hour flight and at 10pm in the evening.

There isn’t much to not love about this property, if I was to change something it would be the pillows are coming of age and are quite flat, but if that’s all I can find then that’s pretty good.

The location was ideal, we were visiting family in KIrkham. The staff were very friendly and we got clean towels daily and milk and tea bags when we asked for them. The room size was ideal and the WIFI was good.

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, with noticeable springs creating discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, it was quite noisy, which further detracted from the quality of sleep. Another inconvenience was the lack of accessible power outlets near the bed. As someone who likes to keep a clock nearby for checking the time during the night, I found it frustrating that there were only three outlets in the entire room, all located on the opposite side. One was dedicated to the television, another to the kettle, leaving just one spare for charging devices. This made it difficult to charge more than one phone at a time, especially when using the other amenities.

Good location to be able to walk around Cardiff and down the bay. Staff are always helpful and the rooms are a great size.

Parking is a little hard if it’s busy. We found it hard sometimes to plug our hybrid in but staff were always helping us out with it.

Reception, young girl on desk, seemed moody on arrival & departure! Could have made alot more effort in approach. First impressions last!
