Anne is such a lovely lady and even offered to drop us off in the village The property is in a beautiful place maybe just a bit too far from the village but we did walk down once and a lovely lady from the pub dropped us back to Anne’s house. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we come back to Fort Augustus.

Beautiful and clean pod tucked away in the peace and quiet of snowdonia. Host was lovely and very helpful and we had pretty much everything we needed. Hot tub was terrific and easy to use 🙂 Short drive from the mountains and 5 minutes to the lovely village. Would definitely stay again.

The drive leading to parking is in desperate need of attention, especially when you're in a heavy camper. Only thing lacking for us was some cling film for our packed lunches, but I can't really complain about that!

We attended for a wedding I booked in with wedding party and stayed two night. 16th and 17 th May. Scott and Donna were exceptional! helped whenever they could. Nothing was too much trouble whole experience for the special occasion was just amazing. Thank you again.

Good breakfast, lovely restaurant staff. Room very comfortable. I used the excellent gymn. As a guest you have free access to gymn, pool, spa but have to pay, I am sure, for treatments. These facilities were a major part of my reason for coming to the Sheraton.

Room slightly over air conditioned. I slept well and liked the room but had some noise from next door - just talking. The room next door connected with mine by a door, hence not very good sound-proofing. Excellent spacious bathroom but I could not get any water into the bath! Literally could not work it. Because I am happy with a shower, and the shower was really good, I could not be bothered to ask about this and it did not spoil my stay, but clearly could be a problem.

This was a lovely comfortable studio apartment. It was nicely furnished with the bedroom area neatly partitioned off from the sitting area and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped - great find.

There wasn't very much wrong with this place. The basin in the bathroom was very small - made it a challenge to brush your teeth! The wi-fi was a bit iffy at times. Also could have done with a heavier curtain over the door, to stop the light getting in early in the morning.

The location is very good. The room is very basic, and the staff is friendly.

The only reason I chose to stay at Ibis was the silence, the noise isolation (soundproof rooms). However, it was possible to hear people opening and closing the other rooms doors very clearly. This was completely disappointing for me, as I was travelling for work and had a very important meeting the other day, and I ended up sleeping extremely poorly. I have stayed in other Ibis hotels in the past, and this is the first time it happened.

the hotel this hotel is not for people find it hard to move around and if you look at reviews for the hotel with it gin bar it is not there any more and the tea shop looks after you the best parking after 4.00 clock when the tea shop has closed would i stay again no

Stairs to rooms when I opened room door nearly fell due to carpet being up I complained twice and both times they went up and used office stapler to fasten down it still came up
