I have visited this hotel many times and the food, staff and room never lets me down! The staff truly understand customer service, they are thoughtful, kind, polite and friendly many other hotels could learn a lot from them. The Japanese restaurant is nothing short of exceptional!

Staff is very helpful. My room was amazing. Trustful and professional when I needed some support with my deliveries to be received at the reception. I enjoy the leisure club as well. I always come back, one of my favourite places to stay in Bournemouth. Highly recommended it.

The reception team were extremely friendly when we arrived and sorted an early check in for us. The room was big and spacious with tea making facilities and a nice TV. Breakfast had a great selection and was very nice

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is clean and the room size is reasonable. The breakfast is nice. The price of the room is value for money. There are lot of parking space for self driving customers.

There is no supermarket or kiosk nearby (walking distance) for drinks and food. Driving is necessary for meals outside hotel.

Bathroom in room 1 a little tired, would have liked an eye level window. Had an issue with no hot water on final night which didn't get resolved until after leaving room the following morning.
