Lovely studio apartment, nicely decorated. Great location, within walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super clean and well equipped. They supply breakfast food and snacks (bread, jam, butter, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, and biscuits), which I didn't expect and thought was a nice touch. I definitely recommend staying here and I would come back without a doubt.

The customer service was fantastic, with all staff being very approachable, friendly and helpful. It was clear that staff worked incredibly hard at the hotel to meet everyone's needs. The hotel was very clean, the food (breakfast and dinner) was good and staff were very helpful regarding our dietary requirements. The room was large, with a super comfortable bed and with an additional bed provided for us.

Great location, very comfortable and, while small, cleverly designed to make the best use of the space. It was spotlessly clean, the view was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast. Kerry and Sarah looked after us very well.

- own way to room via garden - SPAR shop exactly next to it - bus station opposite hotel - 10/15 min walk to city center

- to much stuff in room (furnitures) - room so small , smell mould - full hot breakfast after 8:30 ( I had just access for tea, juice toast and eggs / cereal)
