We had an excellent room, great view of The Thames, London and Tower Bridges. On a fine afternoon it was great. The next day was wet so not so great. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff were excellent. They made contact with us before we arrived and booked us a table at Aqua Shard (which is not part of the hotel). It seems there are two access points and our pickup taxi went to the other point, the concierge ran around the building to redirect our taxi to where we were. The service was exceptional.

Whenever I visit London, this is my accomodation of choice! Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location with Oxford street and the west end theatres just a few minutes walk away.

The sound proof of each the room can be improved, if there is other guest plying pool or talking in the common area , it can be heard clearly in each room.

The lift was out of order, they have had problem’s getting it fixed, I have problems with lower legs and getting up and down stairs, also with getting luggage up and down.
