The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The night staff dealt with fire alarm really well. Some idiot guest decided to smoke in their room at 1.30am so we all ended up outside. Dealt with efficiently.

It was quite dark as that was the whole concept so there was no natural light anywhere in the building so I imagine if you stayed for a while the darkness could make you feel a bit strange. The swimming pool area could of been a bit bigger it was really busy when we went down to the pool and there was only 4 sun beds which were taken so we had a sauna and went back to the room to relax instead.

Came back on first night to find our room door unlocked and open. Luckily nothing stolen. One of the party was mugged outside the hotel which apparently is rife in that area and the receptionist that night couldn’t care less in helping the person mugged contact police etc (their mobile was stolen so couldn’t contact herself).

This accommodation is a scam! The evening before our flight, I received a call and a WhatsApp message that the accommodation staff had made a mistake and our room had been booked twice. We were offered another room, but unlike the first one, this one would not have had a private bathroom but a shared bathroom and we would have lost €100. The employee seemed very nice on the phone and when I asked him to cancel the room because I wanted to look for something else, he assured me that he would send me my money back. I was so stressed at the time that I was unfortunately too naive and believed the employee. As a result, I unfortunately missed writing to Booking at the time, which would probably have been the better option. They responded to my first message a few days after the money should have arrived and said that the money would be delayed due to the public holidays (it was Easter at the time). The money never arrived and my further messages were read but never answered. Calls were also never answered, neither on WhatsApp nor by the accommodation itself. I am now in contact with Booking, but unfortunately they can't reach anyone either. The accommodation "Modern rooms in central London" owes us £326.
