- “Everything was perfect: the hotel, the facilities, the staff, the amenities, etc. When we arrived, they made us a free upgrade to our room offering a suite. The room was amazing, large and comfortable spaces, with view in Burj Kalifa. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh and nice. Qasam (the cleaning staff) was excellent and went overboard to his cleaning abilities in order to offer a great experience, while he showed kindness, respect and willingness to help us in everything that we wanted. All the personnel in the hotel were absolutely professionals. A very modern hotel, with a big variety in the breakfast and with all the amenities that someone would need when travelling abroad. Highly recommended and for sure we will come back again if we visit Dubai again. Thank you for this unique experience!”

Loved Anne of Green Gable only few minutes away. BBQ on deck and so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone. You cannot go wrong and can explore so much of island from this beautiful location along with a 10 out of 10 accommodations. Enjoy PEI, we sure did and mainly because we stayed at this location.”

  Breakfast was great with lots of choice and great service. I also ate lunch too which again was lovely with great service. My late night pizza in the bar was delicious and again fab service. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful and last but not least the complimentary Welsh cakes in the main reception area were a welcome traditional treat.

  Unfortunately in my room I was unable to get Wi-Fi or 4g for my stay I could only get connected in the main reception area. I also couldn’t get access to radio channels through the TV which was disappointing as I couldn’t via my phone due to the lack of connectivity.

  From the offset early check in rejected. Which is ok, however in most properties we have stayed it is up for debate. We were flatly rejected. Went to bar (only is standing at bar) and 3 bar staff ignored us until a further punter walked in and whom they welcomed then decided they should also attend to us. From there on it seemed everything was a drag or difficult for them. Had dinner x 2 and a lunch plus breakfast each day. Breakfast staff were very nice. All other meals I would say staff were between aloof to unpleasant. Fortunately we kept travelling north and service standards improved in the most part. All hardware was top rate the software not so much. Maybe it’s the style targeted by the owner maybe we were just not the apparent clientele they wished to appeal to. A few more experiences which were negative but I won’t bore you all any further with them.

  - Room needs updating and repainting - Bathroom small - sink is practically on your lap when sitting on the toilet - Shower pressure and temperature changing whilst showering - Smells in corridor that lingar into room - Noisy neighbours - £50 deposit and only get £48 return, bit of a scam considering the cost of the room for 1 night - currently nearly 30+ hours after checkout and no deposit return and ignored messages

  Could do with a good spruce up. Stained rug. Garden unsafe not good for children trampoline was completely broken. Dirty used bbq just left in garden. Was a bowl of water just left in the cupboard. Tried playing card on the table and they just stuck the the table needs a good clean. Conservatory needs blinds to keep the sun out. Bedrooms need a good sort out beds weren't very comfortable only one pillow each. Head board in one was all ripped. Fitted sheets didn't even fit the mattress. No propa blind in any bedroom so the light was pours in in the mornings. Also could do with a mirror in each bedroom. Bathroom was nice but it needs a hand towel and bith matt. Very basic. Electrics also need a upgrade. There wasn't even a bulb in one bedroom!!!
