On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by our hostess. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. We were provided with a delicious and very generous supply of biscuits, fruit and cereal. Milk and fruit juice was in the fridge. Tea and coffee is supplied, there is also a coffee maker and a tea pot, which we greatly appreciated. Each morning we were brought warmed croissants, which were left wrapped and in a basket on the patio table outside our room at 8 am. A lovely pot of jam was also provided. The garden is very private and beautifully kept, we enjoyed sitting on the patio seats and admiring our surroundings. The accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from the cliff path at Milford on Sea. There is parking at the property. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again some time. Thank you to both Katie and Simon for a very restful and enjoyable stay.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location! Everything is within walking distance (grocery stores, restaurants, train station, parks, city center) which was great! We stayed for 17 nights and everything you could possibly want/need for a comfortable long term stay is available in the apartment. In addition to the balcony there is a shared yard behind the building, which was really nice. Parking is available as well, which was great. Communication with the host was excellent, he is very responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from the children in the upstairs apartment at times during the day. If you don't mind this type of noise or if are out and about during the day, then this apartment is perfect.

Good quiet location . Continental breakfast and the water bottles and milk in fridge was really appreciated (although not sure how often it’s checked as one of apples was completely rotten). Room size was very good, with everything needed such as hairdryer etc. Staff were very helpful sorting out issues with guest WiFi.

Room was very hot as heating was still on in the building and pipes under floor made room very warm. Bath towels stained with bleach and far too small. Our room had an opaque window making it feel very claustrophobic. Beds not very comfortable (quite thin foam mattress on slatted bed base) . When travelling on my own I would prefer to stay somewhere with 24 hour reception (just from a safety perspective) but was travelling with my husband this time so that was fine.

The shower was great, large enough and water pressure flawless The location was excellent, the facilities optimum. Kitchen, cutlery, and washing machine - everything needed to facilitate my stay. Also fridge and water heater in room. Bravo!

We liked everything: the friendly atmosphere, the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, the bed was comfortable. Plenty breakfast options, fresh berries and porridge was my favourite. We will certainly come back.

Very limited menu. Rooms were a little tired. Door locks very flimsy. Breakfast wasn't served until 8.30 (this wasn't highlighted at the time of booking) which ment although we had paid for it when we booked we didn't get it as we needed to leave by 8am.
