  An excellent high quality breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff was very professional and helpful and courteous. The location was top notch with the botanic gardens around the corner and a bus into the city centre around the corner. Quiet peaceful street. Lush and beautiful!

  Nothing to complain about at all. Absolutely brilliant. One of the best hotels in Europe/UK for sure. Highly recommended for the location. The lounge area is also relaxing with a nice outdoor place for relaxing too.

  The area is fine but the block itself has the feel of social housing though felt safe enough. Shower room could do with an upgrade. Bed was a small double.

  The area was peaceful and quiet. Front of desk was very polite and welcoming.

  The handrails were dirty leading upto the first floor. We paid for a room with a sea view and a 4 poster bed. Unfortunately we didn't have a sea view, we had a view of a row of trees infront of a council depot yard. The windows were dirty along with the window sills. The view out of the window above the entrance wasn't pleasant. The sofa-bed/seating had ominous stains all over the fabric. Thtoilet only had half of a toilet roll, luckily I came across a maintenance man in the middle of the night an he put one out the door. Woke up to it.
