Great place to stay, unique and different! Loved the pink! Kitchen was well equipped, with good appliances and everything you could need. The garden area was fully enclosed and a lot bigger in person which was great for the dogs. Friendly hosts and easy check in/check out. We would stay again if we were in the area.

The water in the gate house isn't connected to the mains which meant the water pressure wasn't the best which was fine in the kitchen, however the shower was terrible, but this could be easily improved with a better shower head, as the water wasn't coming out right. It could maybe be a bit cleaner, especially in the bathroom, the bath had dust/dirt in it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. There were also A LOT of spiders which suggested it also hadn't been hoovered in a while.

We didn’t have the breakfast on this visit due to leaving very early for meeting, but the location For us was perfect, no traffic noise and the views were lovely across the valley, for us the garden in full bloom was perfect. The property owners are very friendly, we look forward to another longer visit in the future.

Location was ideal for us. Parking was easier than I expected. Property was clean & had all we needed for our stay. Bonus in that from the kitchen window I saw swifts flying around the roofs, we don't have swifts in Carmarthenshire so that was a real joy.

Comfortable and spacious room. I hadn’t realised when I booked that the rooms were above a pizzeria - which does excellent pizzas, so a bonus!

A little bit noisy in the room when I first arrived (I think I was above the kitchen?), but it was very quiet at night and I slept well.

I felt very safe once inside the building. The location was perfect for what I needed. The size of the room was sufficient for 1 person.

Room was never cleaned and the bin not emptied for the whole 9 days I stayed. A kettle in the room would have been very helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable with springs sticking out everywhere and I suspect there were bed bugs too!
