A short walk from the beach and shops, this air conditioned studio was a good place to stop over whilst going to the seaside. It was well maintained and comfortable. I appreciated being able to cook using the small hob and the microwave.

It was doable but I was glad I’d brought my small pushchair, as it would have been a squeeze to get a larger one through the door. The only thing I wish we’d had was a broom or a stick vacuum, as it’s tricky to get up the sneaky bits of sand with just a dustpan and brush.

The room was ok every thing you would have needed. Some areas could have been cleaned to a standard that's required.

To state it is 10 minutes from town centre that is only in a car it's misleading you need transport taxi service was brilliant. To get into the building you need a code. Also a different code for the room brilliant I thought. On the first night early hrs someone tried to access are room 2 times the code failed 3rd time that person was able to enter are room. That person was not staying there they left by the main entrance. This issue was reported. Their was a lot of noise within the building through the night with other guests.

My room no: 12 wasn’t particularly clean, the large rug on the floor was rumpled up in places, very dusty especially at the sides of the bed. There was no room either side of the bed to walk down therefore you had to sit on the end of the bed & shuffle up! The bed wasn’t made for 2 days. When I ran out of drinking water it wasn’t replenished immediately it was a day late. The shower temperature I couldn’t turn it down so I asked @ reception & he seemed a bit surprised & put out that I wanted someone to sort it. It was sorted that day but the water was still far too hot, so I had a bath, I had to go to my friends room 15 to wash my hair it was absolutely ridiculous!! It was very hot and you get very little air in the small gap that you’re allowed to open your windows. The windows were really dirty. This hotel wasn’t cheap and I would have expected a much nicer place for the money. On the last night it was particularly noisy with a group of 4 20+ ages they were sat outside making a lot of noise I did reign up reception but he couldn’t find these people so maybe they weren’t staying @ the hotel?
