Great room, good beds, had A/C and you can open a window. Staff was very nice and helpful, and were checking on us when we came back in the night that everything was OK with us. Very good location. Didn't have breakfast there. Cannot really fault anything.

The flat was perfect for our needs and as described. It was good to have safe parking for the hire care and close proximity of the Botanical Gardens. Although on a main road, it was set back enough, so it was very quiet.

The property has all facilities. The rooms are cosy, with Alia being a great host. Lot of places to watch nearby, and bus stop to city center is just a minute’s walk from the property. Overall, loved the stay!

Attractive, homely, property with secluded patio area. The bed was very comfortable and everything you needed in the kitchen was provided. There was also a wide choice of games and DVDs for amusement.

The boiler broke on the first day so we had no hot water. Particularly annoying as I had booked it over other properties based on wanting to use the attractive bathroom! Owners provided a pass to use the pool showers instead but the only shower available was in the SEND/baby change bathroom and not any single shower stalls as expected so washing was rather a hurried, guilt-ridden affair...

Staff are excellent ,breakfast good, meal in restaurant has got to be one of the best we've had in all the years we've been doing bed and breakfast, plus huge room.

It's a pity about the huge stain in carpet beside bed , and view outside bedroom window (it was like an old junkyard). Room 2.

Air con didn't work. had to ask staff to unlock the windows which they did, however, that made for a couple of very noisy nights sleep being so close to the airport!! fridge didn't work parking was poor & had to park in a non parking area.

The room was OK, the breakfast was good, the view was good. the staff were fine.

The totally inadequate one (1) ancient, 2 person lift located in the lobby for this 3 storey building. Extensive repairs were being undertaken to some rooms so the workers were, understandably, using the lift to transport their equipment. A hotel of this size requires another lift to reach the rooms at the other end of the building. On our last day the lift had broken down with the attendant difficulties of walking down and back upstairs to and from breakfast and again, with our suitcases, to check-out.

Garden was a mess , slow service , ham platter was poor .. wine was ridiculously expensive at £15 a glass and £50 for a bottle of fizzy organic red wine that was described as plummy .. the wine was unpleasant. I own restaurants and have dealt with wines for 30 years .. Dinner was also a let down and did not live up to any of our expectations!!! No mirror to dry hair in bedroom and no magnifying mirror in bathroom !
