I needed a room and an evening meal at short notice, I booked through the app and upon arrival the team knew that I had booked within the past few hours and were ready for me arriving. The welcome, the friendliness of all staff, the quality of the premises and the food were all perfect. Great menu for evening dinner and the breakfast was excellent.

Great reception staff. Friendly and accommodating. Stylish and modern foyer/ terrace and bar/dining areas. Excellent continental breakfast. Good sized, clean, comfy bedroom. Lifts to all floors. Left luggage facility, very helpful.

Location for bars and bullring shopping centre was excellent. We loved the 1st floor lounge area.

Enjoyed our stay apart from the road noise, it was horrendous and room was too hot/stuffy to shut windows. Bar costs were very expensive, we expected to pay more than other pubs/bars but £39.95 for a bottle of prosecco and around £8 for a pint of lager is madness.

Not sure why you are charged 10.00 per night for parking when it’s on site , should be free. Persons in next room smoking weed !! Smell coming into our room morning and night , told receptionist but nothing done, said could smell it on them when they booked in, no offer to be moved rooms. Room was dirty, coffee splattered on light shades on lamps and walls, overall dirty room , and a room not shown on the pictures on the website, bathroom dirty and in need of repairs, curtain hanging off rail! And the bed and mattress!! Well what can I say ! Sinking in the middle ! Springs coming through digging into your leg and without a topper to make it a little comfortable, pancake flat pillows, knows missing off bedstead so could cut your hands, overall not a nice place especially for 250.00 for two nights.. a comfortable sleep without the smell of weed all day and night would have been nice, definitely would not stay here again, not sure what the rooms on the website where like but think ours was an overflow room.
