Good location. Staff was lovely, bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower was in great condition and it felt safe to stay there!

Bathroom was quite loud when we turned the light on. It wasn’t really an issue at all except for at night when we were trying to sleep. :)

The property was very tired. There were broken and unloved bits all over, too many to mention. The kitchen blind was filthy and all the crockery was dirty in cupboards. The apartment could do with being maintained. The handle on the main door was almost falling off and a botched job with screws had been attempted. A man turned up at the door during our stay and knocked on it continuously and we didn’t answer as were in showers. He then buzzed and said he was there to read the meter and we explained we were on holiday to come back an alternative date. He then proceeded to come back and knock hard on the door for 5mins and when we answered he was rude and said he was inspecting the property, we said no we were on holiday and he said get ready and I have keys to come in when you leave. This made us worried as all our stuff was in the apartment and he had keys to just walk on whenever, Donnini sorted this for us and apologised insisting they knew nothing about it and wouldn’t arrange for a time when guests were staying. oddly I seen a text and voicemail after this asking me to context them as an inspection was organised and would o be there to let them in or if not they had keys. Seems strange they lied about knowing about the appointment but what is astounding is why would this be arranged when someone has paid to stay in an apartment on holiday. We were not there to facilitate an inspection and felt we couldn’t relax after this. It was arranged between 2-4.30 and the man turned up at 1pm. Also, this is not up to guests to be available for an inspection and was poor on all counts made worse by the lying about knowing nothing about it. This really spoiled our time and I wouldn’t stay here again for a few reasons Key are given to people who can just access the property when they like. It didn’t feel very secure after learning this. The apartment was tired with lots of maintenance required. It was very unloved and unkempt. It wasn’t immaculately clean.
