The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The rooms are quite large well furnished with a very comfortable bed.Very good food reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and attentive, similar price as a Premier inn but in a higher league altogether. Would definitely recommend.

Clean comfortable accommodation with parking and a friendly owner who responded quickly to communication. The parking area is accessed from the driveway of No.23 which is just after you join Cromer Road from the ring road.

The request for a deposit by BACS, which I hadn't read but is detailed under "Important Information" on Booking.com This was resolved when I contacted the owner who explained they'd had a bad experience with a recent guest.

The location was nearby to the Euston London station. The hotel is small but mighty. It is equipped with the essential for a small hotel. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

It was a little too small

The property is well located, but the people around are weird. We were approached by a very aggressive homeless person demanding cigarettes.

The entrance of the place in the night is intimidating and confusing. We entered from the bar, and it's too crowded with drunk people. The staff is very unfriendly. When we checked in, there was no information given about where our room was, and we needed to ask for the breakfast cards which were already paid off in advance. The girl in the reception should restock the breakfast, instead of chatting around with the handsome clients. The breakfast is definitely not worthy the money: it is the cheapest and hardest bread, with one ham choice offer, and a cheap cheese. We stayed in a private room, but the noise coming from the corridors in the night did not allow us to rest. People walking noisily and speaking loud all nights. Not to return.

It was silent. Pillows were good. Staff friendly. Bathroom products are excellent. Biscuits a nice touch. Water in the fridge.

The lounge area wasn't particularly comfortable for lounging in. The desk is unusable due to the position of the fridge. And with curtains open, everyone outside can see in. Having to pre book breakfast. Bar staff untrained. Kettle doesn't reach plug. Packet milk, ugh. And not enough.

The location.

Someone had obviously been smoking in the room prior to our stay. The coffee machine was broken. Also for some reason there was a half used roll of kitchen towel on each of the tables at breakfast, not a good hygienic look.

The rooms smelled of drains The hotel is undergoing refurbishment Breakfast was appalling If I had known the hotel was undergoing refurbishment would of not stayed. Very poor in not giving out information on the refurbishment and work going on in the hotel .... Power tools started as 8am .....
